The office is located at 11260 North Tatum Boulevard, Phoenix, AZ 85028. The office is in North-Central Phoenix (bordering Paradise Valley).

Take 51 to the Shea Boulevard Exit.
Take Shea Boulevard East to Tatum Boulevard.
Make a left on Tatum Boulevard and drive approximately 1/2 mile.
Make your first left after you pass Desert Cove Road (onto Shangri-La Road -- there will be a sign for Paradise Valley Office Suites)
Make your first right and proceed to the end.
Turn left and Suite 140 is at the end (dark brown building)

Turn right into the first driveway past Cholla (Cholla is half way between Cactus and Shea)
Suite 140 is at the end (dark brown building)
